The plane hit a concrete wall here, but the pentagon is like a sponge in comparison. Spend some time researching, see if you can say afterwards that it was definately a plane...
I'd seen this video many years ago. It was a test to see if the reinforced concrete used for a nuclear power plant would withstand a crash. Apparently they were going to build a nuclear power plant near a air force base.
to test the stability of indestructible wars for bunkers and nuclear plants and such. usually retired jets are used for that, so it's technically not a waste of money. recycling the old stuff would also cost big bucks
