People talk alot of trash about Under Siege 2, and sure it had its cheesy moments and it didn't have the awesomeness of Gary Busey and Tommy Lee Jones, but you can't deny that you it was still a pretty enjoyable movie with plenty of Steven Seagal's classic ridiculous ass-kickings.

He must have severely fucked up if he's wearing Lt shoulderboards (downside up) in the sequel and was wearing flag officer (Vice Admiral +) ones in the prequel. I think this looks really tacky with him wearing a navy uniform. Best one is with him hanging on the train.
