SA is far better than IV overall! But I can give all you gta iv users an advice. Look for enb series v0.79sora. Install. Then go for icenchancer 1.3. Install. Go for fonia5's enb settings (search in youtube for it). Install. Look for road textures mod. After this, just set it to high and play. I run it on full hd on all very high, all on max, all on, pc: core i3-2100, 8gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz, geforce gtx460 768mb graphic card. No trick, no fake, life-like graphics and no bugs. Dont need a nasa pc.
