Terra or vanitas supposedly becoming ansem's apprentice is the same shady kinda shit as ventus somehow fusing with sora so im not speculating on those scenarios im gonna wait for the game

in a interview with Nomura he said if you connect the story of roxas and sora you'll know who who ven is, i think that sora got the keyblade period because he had some connection to Ventus and since roxas didnt have a body to become a nobody he looked like the next best thing and thier names Ventus/Sora have could have a connection to that

I think the same way sora has a nobody he has a an unbirth and that unbirth is ventus. along with kiari's unbirth being aqua. and riku's being terra. Nobodies and Heartless are created after someone loses their heart what if an unbirth is created before someone gets a heart. Explaining why Ventus,Aqua, and Terra, are all older than Riku, Sora, and Kiari. That would also explain why people say Xion looks alot like Aqua and Roxas and Ventus are exact doubles!

Another thought would be that terra was the only one of the 3 that lives and thus 4 he loses his memory and takes on Xehaorts name and that's why it was so easy for Ansem the heartless to fuse with Riku and bring him to the darkness; the same way namine and roxas fused with sora and kiari....i could be wrong

well, all of these theories either do not make sense or i am just confuse. My guess on the Roxas/Ventus theory is that Roxas is the incarnation of Ventus, I have not played BBS yet but that is my theory for now. As for the Terra/Xeanort theory, I probably agree that Xeanort is not Terra even those is a couple of evidences from that theory that is giving me a head ache thinking about, I got look more into these theories.

umm. its impossible for ventus to hav died near sora 1)because sora has no clue who ventus is because the events of birth by sleep happen ten years b4 the events of the first kingdom hearts. 2) because i hav seen a clip wit ventus an terra talkin on the beach of the destiny islands watchin two young boys playin with wooden sword(sora, riku)

Exactly. because in that scene, Ven asks Terra to erase him. what i am thinking is that Terra does "Erase" Ven, and then does the same to himself, therefore him dying near Sora and fuses with him, and Terra fuses with Riku, seeing as they both are good guys fighting with darkness ;)

Open your eyes to the possibilities :p

A. It was Aqua who Ventus was talking to.

B. How could Ven be erased and then the person who would erase him erase themselves? The secret video where MX and Vanitas fight Terra, Aqua, and Ventus takes place at the very end of the game.

Nobody was erased by anybody before that battle because they were obviously all there.

C. While the possibilities are vast, I may not be one to say this but, your suggestions are not possible.
