  • ty loved this video :)

  • @PathofTorah4life check out juicefeasting (dot) com : )

  • This is the question I wondered. With my routine and starting this healthy eating,I should be good. I guess a treadmill will do. Thanks so much kind person. I need to do more research on food though.

  • There are so many great points here.

    Well done.

    thanks and keep posting!

  • how does this raw food lifestyle impact your sex drive??? do you take supplements like zinc and vitamin B??? thanks...love your videos

  • more energy than ever!!!! B12 spray.

  • I love your attitude and mind set about working out. You will go a long way by maintaining that positivity and respect for yourself. You already look like a Greek statue to me.

  • This is so funny, everytime you post a video it's about something relevant in my life. When you vlogged about synchronocity, I was having tons of synchronocities. When you vlogged about affirmations, I was reading a book on the subject. This week I started exercising and lifting weights.

    Crazy.

  • Thats what happens when we all plug into the divine mainframe. : )

  • right on brother!!!!! thanks for this video!!!!!!!!!! if you arent havin fun with something you do......im 2 weeks raw...and watching your videos gives me lotsa encouragement!!!!! thanks

  • I couldn't agree with you more about doing what is fun. I went vegetarian this year and 75% of all the weight I lost was just from the food change. Now I walk every day, and it's fun. You also mentioned visualization and I believe that that is key to success - I saw myself as being thin, full of energy and super happy. It really does something to the body / mind connection that is quite surprising. Oh yes, and being patient is another thing, I needed to be patient with the changes. Thanks Philip

  • Beautiful! Thanks for this. I adore lifting weights. When I was doing it nightly, I felt the thin, strong person inside, moving around the fat me who gets tired and gives us too easily. I need to get it back into it just to be mentally motivated. It does a lot to clear my mind. The people there are always very supportive. I love my gym.

  • Don't forget to work your backside. It's all about balance!

    You look fantastic!

  • just curious... i've read that on a raw food diet the skin is better sustained even after a large weight loss... some claim to the effect of raw foods being more conducive to building collagen? Since you did lose 200 lbs raw.....Fact or fiction?

  • Fact for sure.

  • YAY Philip! So excited for you! I love your chin up bar rule...using that one for sure. I do a similar thing...when waiting in line or for the train, I don't let my body be passive. I have to do heel raises or wall sits (if a wall is available) while I'm there. It does really nicely to keep my body moving during my commute & also makes the time go by faster!

  • I have always been pretty active more so since incorporating a high raw lifestyle.

When I travel I tend to lose weight.

Eating to much produce, It's all good.

  • Wow excellent to hear that you are working out. Craig Ballantyne, Charles Staley and Arnel Ricafranca are worth a watch on Youtube. Also fruitarian/solartarian Richard Blackman is amazing. Thanks for your inspiration. Jo x

  • All of your videos are fascinating and inspiring. I have recommended them to many people. Thank you so much.

  • Thanks for the inspiration, Philip. Weight training is something I have been putting off. Feb. 25th, I started a vegan diet & make at least 50% of my calories raw. My weight has gone from 240 lbs. to 210. This week my doc tells me my cholesterol has dropped from over 200 last year to 137 this year. He's very pleased. My blood pressure has improved to 120/80. I have a green smoothie every morning. I feel great! I'm walking 45 mins. to an hour every day. Now, I'm ready to do the weights.

  • great video!

  • Wow, great arms! A couple of questions/comments...

    1) does being 100% raw really make gaining muscle easier?

    and

    2) work those legs! i'm pretty sure you want a balanced physique. =D

  • i use a tree for pull ups. i go the way from down to up completly, 160 degrees maybe: U need to do all the way to build up the whole muscle otherwise u get to short muscles. I have great results by doing it 1-2 times a week(some times 3) the rest time mostly yoga.Flexibilty and strength need to go hand in hand for fitness and health

  • Sounds fantastic... great advice!

  • Rock on Bro! You're gettin' some guns there! I went through many of the same things when I went through my raw transformation, lost a bit of weight, did'nt focus on excercise during the weight-loss period, and now as I work out I see the muscle comes on pretty dang fast with the raw-foods. Keep it up man! Peace.love and best wishes~ Rory :0)

  • your face looks fuller........u startin to look better now......

  • The body rids itself of junk when you go raw. Maybe people find themselves a little underweight as it does this, then it corrects itself and brings you to your proper weight. I was never under 200lbs at any point... so there was never any danger by any means. I am all about hollows and sinews... and love my face trim personally. : )
