I like this Music of Video Games series but I find that I usually enjoy it more when I'm not already familiar with the game and can spot all the great tracks that are not included. I can't ignore this one though. You dedicate all this time to Cranky's music which is pretty unexceptional but you don't include the water music? Everyone who knows DKC knows and loves the water music. Excluding it brings into question your judgment regarding the selections.

i just found my box for DKC for the super nintendo, i looked for 2 hours and 21 minutes and couldn't find my super nintendo ;(. I HAD to play this game, and knowing me I have NO patience in stuff like that after the 2 hour mark, so, i went as far as the SNES. Still a great game!

Christmas of 1994 allowed me to play this fantastic and wonderful gem of a game. I never will forget getting the Nintendo Power Promotional Video in the mail, and drooling over the game from that ancient VHS tape!

One of the greatest platformers of all time. There never was a platformer on the Genesis that could match this game in any area. There was never even a platformer on the Playstation that could play as well as this game.

Ah, this was the very first video game that I ever played. I remember going to my cousin's house just to play his SNES for Donkey Kong Country. When I would spend the night at his house, I stayed up until the crack of dawn just playing this game. Then when I was 7, my mom bought me a SNES, my first game console. I thank you for making this video, for Donkey Kong Country represents fonder moments of my childhood. The joy that this game brought to me was the reason why I first got into gaming.
