Quick Question: How do you get the basic color to dry so fast and without bubbles? I try to paint my nails one color and i ALWAYS get bubbles plus it takes like an hour for them to barely dry.

What do you do when and if the nail polish chips off? Do you just remove all the nail polish and start on a new design or do you try and fix it. Because my nail polish starts eventually chipping within a few days and its really sad :[
