@TooLateTomorrow it was mainly Jason that "threw away" an amazing gift. They broke up because he 'wanted to live the life of a common man' and also because he just wasn't connect with the music anymore. It was his decision to leave the band. The rest of the band eventually followed since Acceptance wouldn't be the same with Jason.

This really sucks, I've come to the point to where I've listened to every Acceptance song and I still want more! Like wth? Acceptance had/has it all, a lead singer with an angelic voice, amazing music, lyrics that actually mean something, and they are all appeling to the eye! yeh they broke up, in 2006, where have you been? Jason quit to live a normal life, apparently he was working with his Dad. Christian Kyle and Nick went and made Thunder Thunder which were pretty good though didnt make many recordings. Then Christian left to take up the available space in Anberlin as rhythm guitarist.
