i can make pivot tables, but if i add new data the pivot table and refres, the pivot table does not include the new data, do u know how i can fix this?
You need to reselsct your range of data as you have additional data which the piviot table is not currently picking up.
Alternatively use 'dynamic named ranges' (look this up in google for more info).
Basically you reference a named range as oppposed to a group of cells. The named range is constructed so as to include any additional data added to the bottom of the existing data.

This means it 'grows' as you add new data.
