The opening makes me think of Terminator. Then it turns into such delightful creepy ambience. Akira Yamaoka is a goddamn genius. I know it has been stated so many times, but it needs to be said again.

you know its the darnedest thing, most people would think that silent hill puts you into a state of depression but whenever i'm feeling depressed i listen to the game soundtracks and i always feel better afterward. i don't know why but akira's music is my anti-depressant

@ishouldplayzelda you're totally right. When I'm depressed, I don't wanna listen to happy music, because it's happy and I'm not. When I listen to this creepy music, I feel like there's something that shares the depression with me so I'm not alone in in.

oh yeah you're right,kinda does. The Korova Milk Bar. I wonder if they had one of those bars in Silent Hill. Milk laced with Opium might make you see demons allright.

Oh yeah...my favorite in game track of Silent Hill 3.

Man, there were hours spent with the game paused just listening to this particular track. So amazing. Albeit, I listened to it without the high pitched part/noise/sound.
