Damn the cop got lucky that the suspect was drunk. Had he been.sober he definitely would not have missed on the first shot. One less drunk asshole would be cop killer that department has to worry about. Cop has good reaction senses.

@cheweedaug thats not true at all. Here in arizona i can shoot anyone who i feel is a threat to me. If you so much as say im gonna punch you i can stick my gun in your face, castle law says if you break into my home i can kill you. It also says if you try to take my car i can kill you, if i feel in danger in any way i can shoot and kill you. Same in alot of states. I dont know where your getting your info but its bullshit

I know in nys you can only shoot someone if theyre shooting at you(the law says), but i also know if someone is armed and points a gun at you without shooting, you can shoot them first and get away with it(gun laws here are stupid). But in florida state, I hear that if someone is even trespassing or invading our house, you can blow their brains out, but i dont know if they have to be armed.

@isaanStyle55 i have a florida concealed carry permit and the law says that i have to fear for my life or the life of an innocent person to pull my weapon and use it. That means if i see a soccer mom getting literally beat to death in the parking lot and she hasnt done anything to provoke someone i can shoot that person even if they dont have a gun because i was in fear of the womans life. and yes under the castle law i can draw my firearm on someone unlawfully entering my home or vehicle.

@pittbulldave660 The man had been drinking, got pulled over because of it. And after the officer was fired at, he drew his weapon. This man obviously didn't care about anything. He shoots at a cop and takes off. I would have fired back as well, I wouldn't allow a drunk gunman go to town and injure dozens up people. Point being, cop reacted to a life or death situation.
