if you look at certain features of the aircrafts shadow like its rear underbelly stabalizers, you will see that this plane is a 900. not a 700

air canada jazz doesn't have any crj-900, but they have crj-705's (a variation of the 700 that is longer with more seating) which is why you may confuse it for a 900

and judging by the black tip of the wing its a Star Alliance paint job so that should be fin #710

the 705 is actually a variation of the 900, its just a 900 with 75 seats. If you look on a flightplan for jazz for the CRA, it will be filed as a CRJ9 not a CRJ7.
