A partial qualifier has to enroll, pay for his own school, and can't participate in any football activities. A player who chooses to go to State that doesn't qualify goes to Hargrave where tuition is paid and he can practice and play football. You tell me which one is a better deal.

The simple fact of the matter is that win or (occasionally) lose, State really doesn't give a shit about ezu football. You are more of an annoyance we feel obligated to play every so often.

ECU is 11-16 all time vs. NC State, that's only slightly over .500, not some overwhelming margin. ECU has won the past 8 of 14 games in case you forgot that one too. You're annoyed because you have every advantage possible over ECU yet we're closing the gap because NC State is a synonym for mediocrity.

I just saw a guy the other day that was between us and ECU for 2011.....word is...he can't qualify so he'll be headed to Greenville.
