all i have is a 4 inch lift, but i want my truck to atleast stay together when i go offroading. ive broken my right control arm twice(their just stock) and my front ball joints multiple times.. any suggestions on what i should get?

lol the tittle is ironic cause their the desert rangers but alot of the trucks are toyotas you can tell because of the way the small window on the extra cabs have a small curve around them and rangers dont have that
