What's wrong with this news? You want your enemy not to have war exercise or what? You allow foreign soldiers to stay. I think South Korea and Japan are a threat to the region for allowing foreign soldiers to stay. Too much cheap propanganda against North Korea. @marcus8374 well actually the united kingdom and the united states developed, a few months ago, an aircraft that could detect any missile launch and shoot it down before it could reach any target. of course Europe and North America are safe since these planes are flying around and based in those continents. but yes Japan has a lot of that kind of stuff due to it's location in the world. plus it is also U.S. responsibility for their safety as well.
