What I've always liked about this film is that in spite of the other names on the credits, this film was basically a two-man show - Howard Beckerman with the graphics and Winston Sharples with the music - notice there are no sfx or voices at all - the music carries EVERYTHING.

I like the way how this film is drawn. It's a cartoon from the late 60s early 70s, just like School House Rock.
