i hope everyone who's depressed will hold on tight to life & to those whom love them.I used to cut myself because i had depression & i was facing problems in school & in my family. but now i hadnt been hurting myself anymore cuz i have a really supportive friend & she would be really sad if i hurt myself. now im in a new school cuz i've graduated & sometimes i still feel really moody but i know that no matter what my friend will be there to catch me when i fall.

So many things were raised in that video, I self harmed, suffered from depression. I would cry myself to sleep. I saw the glass of teh broken photorame on the floor and never thought twice. My wrists , my arms, my soul. The scars on my arms are nothing compared to the scar on my heart and soul. I know it is made me who I am, I know my dreams would change if I did nto self harm, But I know I am better, I noticed people love me and I am strong and confident, somethign I never thought I could be.
