Women AND men are only stoned for comiting adultery if they have a marriage partner, those who are single are NOT stoned. Conditions are that must be four witnesses are known and honest whom witnessed the adultery detail .It is not enough that woman arrested while she is sleeping with a man to be punished . if it turns out that a witness is lying, he will be punished and deprived .The terms of the certificate has been difficult to the point that no one wants to testify.Women also should not be pregnant . those who carry out the sentence was not committed any sin in their lives ,It is therefore impossible to apply

Women AND men are only stoned for comiting adultery if they have a marriage partner, those who are single are NOT stoned. Also, a woman is free to say that she enjoys sex, which she would obviously say to her partner or a close friend, but not publically announce that they enjoy sex, because that would give negative impressions about that person some that might include promiscuity and uncontrolled lust.

of course it is immoral to cheat your partner, but ppl in the West think that adult ppl can deal with this by themselves. if a partner cheats on the other, the other can either break up (or divorce); or he / she can forgive & go on with the relationship.
i think cheating is a lesser crime that KILLING. so even if accepting that "adultery" is a crime, the punishment is not commeasurable.

If anyone accuses a woman of adultery or promiscuity and cannot prove it HE will be punished with 80 lahes.
