This interview happened in January 2008. And yes, Romney has lobbyists tied to his campaign. In the first half of 2011 alone, Romney raised more campaign cash from lobbyists than all other 2012 GOP candidates COMBINED. Romney's senior adviser and "wonderful friend" Ron Kaufman is a lobbyist who worked for such groups as American Herbal Products Association’s Ephedra Committee and Solyndra... and we know how ethical these companies have been to the American public.
