I get blood on most of the servers I play, but I think I've seen balloon animals or something similar once or twice. So I'm guessing it's server sided, yeah.

There´s no blood in the non-violent version of the game. There´re also some "party servers" In party servers you also get balloons presents and stuff and u also wear party hats :D

Thats obvious but it's not whats happening as the song started as the video started, so there was a pointer of what was really going on, also most likely using like itunes or windows media player will lag your game a bit while playing. But eh.
