You obviously have the technique to play this well, but your interpretation doesn't do justice to either yourself or your guitar. When you rit at the end of sections there are glimpses of the tone you are able to produce, but the constant staccato loses this and also makes the piece hard to listen to. Try singing it as you play it and I think you will change your interpretation; it's very lyrical in places - especially the assai sostenuto. I'm sure it won't take you long to nail this.
Yeah, I agree with you completely! I have tried to imitate the style how Glenn Gould plays Goldberg Variations on piano (although the comparision is ridiculous, he was prodigy).
@bbthomas Well, a prodigy is an average man who worked day and night to perfect his technique, even though Mozart had an absolute pitch, he had to develop it for years and years, Cheers!
Hi! I like, how You play - very good!! You play clearly, and it sounds nice, the tempo is appropriate, but maybe a bit too slow in the first part (this part shouldn't be so "sleepy", I think), but nonetheless it is romantic! The second part is brave!! There is a Spirit! The 3rd part is a bit too strong (maybe just the beginning), and after the beginning You rush a bit... The 4th part is nice, but is a bit rigid (for me)... The 5th part begins very well, but it is again a little bit too slow. Dan
I think you played this very well. I would agree with the other listener that some sections are too staccato for the ear. I am considering this piece as an exam study and you have certainly given me something to consider. Well Done.
¡Muchas gracias! I have already listened to a lot of versions of this composition but all of them are totally different from mine. So I was afraid if people will like it.
It is beautiful. I would say some tones could be clearer. Although, you've got amazing expression and love for the piece.

Well, I feel the whole piece more "Maestoso" than lyrical. Anyway, thank you for your comment.

The tempo is fine. Actually, I would prefer a little slower Aria but with more legato...

Thank you. The good thing is that you can compare different versions on youtube and pick up the best for you :-)

I think the theme sound too square and some variations a bit too staccato but i like the rest.
