The biggest technological challenge we face these days is low video volume. Yeah, I can turn my speakers up, but then their too loud on the next video.
Scientific soulution: Invest in new technologies like solar/water recycling/treatment, offer government reabates on such things instead of stimulus packages.
People who are commenting religion are idiots lol, there are bigger problems than that.
The biggest problem for science right now would be the stigma that new discoveries could possibly bring and or the fear of disrupting the status quo of our society. ;D
the problem is aids.... its all thanks to some african that fucked a monkey and then fucked 3 hookers which fucked 5 men each which each fucked 3 women which each fucked 2 men and those men fucked some more chicks and so on and so on.... then they came to the states and canada and some how gave it to us...
how about Nicola Telsa's machine that could generate enough electricity to power the earth? or that other one he made that gathered electricity from space
The slow progress of nanotechnology in cancer research. The cancer rate is climbing steadily and we still have no real way to stop. Nanotech is crucial in this epidemic.
The two biggest questions which science is left to answer are: how does life, or any natural entity capable of reproduction and/or free will, first originate? And, what is the true nature of time, and does it have true co-ordinates or just theoretical ones?
time and space are mixed in what we know as reality. Biological things are just a overvalued accident of universe. If you think about everything we know and everything we don't know... Humans have a long way to walk...
I'm referring to the "reality" of time itself, if there is as clear and definitive a relative difference between one point and another in time as there is in space. And what proof do you have that all things biological are accidental? I lean towards that belief myself, but there is far from any actual proof of it that I have heard of.
mmm I guess the answers depend of the point of view ... It's very complicated to define life... We have only one example of life in the universe (earth); But life could exist in anyplace with the correct juicemix... The problem is that the reactions of life are so random we barely understant life in our planet... just check how many posibilities of shapes exist for one single aminoacid... if you consider that in out planet we use 22 to 24... imagine how many aren't used... and... more and more..
true we only have one life planet we know of. science is open for every thing there is slight proof to life in space becsue there a count less stars in the milky way and problaby orbiting those stars are planet and each planet recomending that conditions are right and organic matiral is there it can make life so out of the billlions of galxays out there with millions upon millions of solor systems some wich may have life!
here's a major problem: a mathematical model for the big bang theory! as of right now, it's a theory not in the scientific way but in the more banal way... almost like a hypothesis...

not a fan of the food irradiation.
now our food can be really dirty, and they can just 'zap' it clean! it's been going on in the meat industry.
zapping food eradicates good nutrients and enzymes inherent to the food... in food that is already deficient to begin with.
we need a better system than this!
