what i feel is that We have to Do this 8 min Waheguru Simran Daily .. i m much much relaxed just close my eye n stop thinking everything n playing it .yesterday i was listening Sant Maskin singh ji katha what a beautiful thiking that people says " Simran wich man nahi lagda !" they said "roti khan naak hii sarir wich khun banda hai es tara Waheguru simran naal hi holi holi man lag jaiga i m trying Waheguru will help me Guru Fateh!!
