@esmeevogels Dean as a character is misunderstood. He is doing what he is doing because he feels like he has too. He would pick normal apple pie life over hunter´s life anyday, I think. He is covering his true feeling under that badass mask, but he is actually more sensitive than Sam is. Although Sam might seem the soft one. And that would lead us to conclusion that Dean is going to be the "bossy type" and Sam the "soft kisser". Dean cant fake the way he is while kissing someone.
