Feel free to forward any evidence of illegal parking or dangerous driving by CCTV cars to Cllr Rowley at Westminster Council or Tim Cowan at NSL Services Ltd. I find it helpful to copy the press on things like this ;-) We have witnessed them doing up to 50 in a 30 and shooting red lights frequently.

Their latest version reads number plates whilst it drives and correlates them with databases like Pay By Phone. Kerching! You ain't seen nothing yet!
