Filipinos are happy adapters. The government just needs to rack themn up and move them out to the province where they don't need money, and go to school for free there and get educated. It is all too common that I see free education in the Philippines, even Tesda and I tried to hand out 200 application forms; they kept telling me tomorrow. It is over a year now!! LAZY!!!!!!! They just beg money!

If you go to the Philippines, you will actually find almost everyone to be bright and friendly. A wonderful people in many ways. I do agree with you that they need to use birth control and not have children that too often go malnurished, but there is still strict religious disdain for even a hint of controlling their overpopulation.
