  • @Doggieman1111 It's not that the traffic lights are expensive - their electricity is just not dependable enough. There are frequent blackouts. Whenever they happen, citizens blame the war-loving Americans. It's pretty scary over there!

  • What is the deal with the orange van. You can see it parked there on a couple of these videos that were clearly shot on different days and even during different seasons. Perhaps the "watchers" use it to "supervise" the traffic ladies.
