I am dissatisfied with my T-mobile service. The coverage map (Tampa) promises services that are not provided. I have had 2 3G and 2 4G phones in the last 8 months and have called several times to discuss network issues to no avail. I have experienced issues with regularly lagging texts, being completely unable to stream data, a number of dropped calls, and a few months of irregular billing charges for texts (my plan offers unlimited texting) -in January, February, and March.

Their is a higher plan that is what you seek. $80 plan is a the best deal around, since 98% of customers use less than 2 GB of data due to Wi-Fi being in many places. Sprint's Unlimited plan actually is capped at 10 GB for 3G usage.

The majority of smartphone users average less then 1.5 gb a month, so this is a great deal. If you use more then that (and know it), get the standard unlimited plan for $99.99 and that'll give you 5gb

@mister0888 It's misleading. People have a right to complain. It is true that this plan is unlimited but if you go over 2GB you get slowed to a crawl. I think they bump you all the way down to "G" or below EDGE.

@divad838 It is not necessarily misleading. The plan is truly unlimited in the aspect that you can use the web unlimitedly. Unfortunately, after you use 2 GB the speed deteriorates to edge...So you can still use the web, its just slow as hell

If you sign a two tear contract with a company that advertises the hell out of how fast they are with their supposed "4G" and that they are "unlimited" I think its safe to say a reasonable person would conclude that they would have unlimited access at the advertised speeds. Unless they place a GIANT asterisk next to "unlimited".

@AccidentallyFunny I would accept it as just and unlimited plan, but to my understanding (and i could be wrong) after 2GB they throttle your speeds. throttled speeds is not "Truly Unlimited"

@zephielblade thats not true when you call tmobile ask to speak to loyalty i have a family plan thats original 179.99 now its 155.99 2 lines unlimited everything and they offered me a single line by myself for 60 bucks unlimited everything my mom been with them since 2000 and ive been with them since 2008 when i first got my data plan im 18 now i had prepaid b4 so next time you call ask about customer loyalty and demand to speak with that department
