This is one of the most intellectually lazy argument ever. It just prays on the irrational fears of our panic driven society. For gods sake one of the guys that carried out the 1993 WTC bombings, Ramzi Yousef, was arrested in 1998 in Pakistan. He was then BROUGHT BACK TO THE US!!! YES HE WAS ON AMERICAN SOIL!!! He was then sentenced to life in prison. Guess where he is now??? Not in Gitmo lol. He has an hr of rec time a day in FLORENCE, COLORADO'S Max Security prison. Cmon ppl use your brain.
