The mirror is more just to check technique. I used it all the time when. That's how I placed in the DMC's, to make sure that I wasn't wasting energy on stuff it didn't need to be wasted on..... like constantly looking at the camera.

does your mixer not have a hamster or reverse switch cause it looks like you had to connect your turntables to the opposite channels, you might want to think about gettin a new mixer.other then that nice job!

its a good mixer (vestax i think) thing is its actually easier to scratch or the opsosite fader because you tap the fader usually with your thumb and index finger, the rest of your fingers get in the way. less room for error. hope this cleared it up come check me if you got time
