@BigBadGafilo they used a tone for crawls that you can hear about 1:23 and they did have a weather warning slide that they used for cut-ins but if I remember correctly on this night they just broke right into the movie that was playing without any graphic of any sorts.
The radar 21 years ago looks primitive to me from my 24-year-old perspective...although it's definitely an advancement over the white blobs on the '70s-era radar screens.
Also, did WLKY use any cut-in still graphics, or a warning signal?
