Hi, I have an adjustable Oakworks Wellspring massage table with aluminum legs . Unfortunately, it's about two inches too high. I'd like to put an ad up on Craigslist asking for someone to cut each of the four legs to about two inches shorter in length. What type of worker/person should I be looking for ? i.e. would that be a welder ? Also, what type of equipment should they have? Would a regular handyman be able to do this or do I need someone with special skills? I
