  • Chris was Tony's biggest liability. He was a danger not only to Tony but to himself and his family. Tony looks in the backseat and sees the baby seat completely destroyed. That could have been Chris' baby girl in the backseat. Killing his nephew Chris was the best business decision Tony ever made.

  • Why did Tony killed Chrissy? Just because he found he was using drugs again?

  • Kennedy! I'm ON MY LEARNERS PERMIT AFTER DARK! Dumb ass hoe.

  • So hard to watch. I was sad to see Chrissy go out like that, so early. While it was sad, it was also probably one of the grittiest, darkest and most emotional scenes in the history of television. In a lot of ways Breaking Bad has surpassed The Sopranos for me, but nothing in Breaking Bad hits notes quite as low as this.

  • lol those teeny boppers

  • that was fucking cold and heartless of tony.

  • I want comfortably numb to be the last thing I hear before I die too.

  • I always hated Christopher in a big way. This was far too easy a death for him; he should have been riddled with bullets or blown up in his car for betraying his own faithful wife who stood by him at the risk of her own life over and over again, and having her killed. Pretty loathesome toad; he deserved a lot worse.

  • @MaskedMarvyl he had his woman killed??? What a Cock-monkey...

  • @MaskedMarvyl Amen to that. I suppose, perhaps there is a

slight slither of satisfaction to be taken in the sense that

Christopher saw what Tony was doing, but was unable to

    defend himself.

  • @MaskedMarvyl Feel the same way about Tony

  • Tony did the right thing. Chrissy was a disgrace ever since he hijacked trucks with Brendan Filone.

  • @BENNYSIEGEL90 , yeah, but Tony started out that same way too.....

  • "I outta suffocate you ya little prick"... anybody remember that line?

  • bye bye Crissy

  • "Kennedy, I'm on my learner's permit after dark."

  • i hate those two fucking cunts kennedey and heidi

  • its ironic that chris says "lifes too short " little did he know his time would come in just a couple of minutes

  • 2:13 whats that song called that there listening to?

  • @theAlbaniankidd Comfortably Numb Pink Floyd

  • 4 people, go get your fucking shinebox!

  • still one of the hardest scenes for me to watch....even worse than Adriana crawling through the woods. still, I watch!

  • @mschlo yeah same here, chris was awesome, after this you knew the best of the show was over.

  • R.I.P Christopher "Chrissy" Moltisanti.

  • Is it me or did chris say "You gotta take me out, Ill lose my license"?

  • chriss had no chanse to survive

  • @MrNika1792 Yeah i know he was coughing up blood...He most likely had internal bleeding he was done for. By the time an ambulance got there he would had been dead.

  • I thought at the time that Chris would have died anyway and that Tony did him a favor. I still think he would have died anyway, but obviously Tony did it for his own selfish reasons. He really was a selfish SOB and I'm glad the series ended with him most likely getting his comeuppance...I just wish we got to see it.

  • @Heathnyy5 Even if he would have died anyway how on earth is that doing him a favor? Hard to think of a worse way to go than to be calling for your uncles help and have him place his hand over your face to strangle u. That's one fucked up way to die.

  • man the look on tonys face at 5:18

  • Chris was idiot but i think Tony shouldn't end him...

  • the song makes this scene

  • is that a cadilac

  • Comfortably Numb playing, such an amazing scene

  • I also find it ironic that Tony's uncle tried to have him killed back in S1 for what he may or may not have been telling Dr. Melfi about the family business.

  • Tony was afraid Chrissy would flip on the family if he got pinched by the feds on drug charges in the future.

  • @nike2950 Tony knew what he had to do

he gave Chris way too many chances

he also gave Ralph way too many chances

I liked both Ralph (comic lines) and chris (seemingly the only 'normal acting' one in the bunch)

but they both had to go, glad tony was the one chosen to be with them in their final scenes

also this puts more closure to ralph, since chris was the only one who knew it was tony that killed him

    GREAT SHOW

  • I felt really sad at this scene- the use of Comfortably Numb, Chris choking on the blood- quite haunting. I had it in my mind for days afterwards.

  • @munkeny I agree but it fits perfect with the moment. Tony has gone so numb that he is willing to kill his nephew since it's best for business!

  • Comment removed

  • that fat s.o.b. killed my favorite character

  • wtf and who the fuck would wreck a truck like that!?

  • Chris was degenerate druggy. No coming back from that.

  • @batboyjhg His colleagues didn't help. No one in the mafia respects "The Disease." Chris had no friends, he lost his wife in a sacrifice that his uncle doesn't appreciate, etc...

  • This scene is acted and filmed perfect. Chrissy is acting like anyone who has a large amount of Opiates in their body. He was zoning into that song. Tony was looking at him suspiciously aswell. Like "What the hell are you doing?"

  • I can't believe they did this, the stupidest thing I've ever seen, why would he do that?

  • @jwb4707 You can't really see it here; but at about 3:33 Tony looks back and sees that a branch would of killed Christopher baby (and the reason the crash happened was because Christopher was high at the time).

Tony decided to take matters into his own hands as before Christopher making mistakes like that might of been over looked, but this time he would of killed his baby.

  • lol chrissys last line

"I'll never pass a drug test.... call me a taxi" as he is regurgitating blood

    sad but great scene

  • @Weslo2 yeah the way he was regurgitating blood sounded like he was slowly and painfully dying anyway.....Tony did him a favor.

  • I think this ranks as one worst, if not the worst, deaths in the show. What a way to go.

  • @biped19 I agree, shows that Tony is pure evil.. Chrissy was one of my favourite characters :) Love The Sopranos

  • @RottenSinceBirth ya tony killed both of his cousin and nephew Tony B and Chrissy

  • finally a fuckin video where there isnt some fuckin homies fav song playin in the fuckin background. what the fuck is wrong with those people. like anyone wants to hear their ghetto rap shit over the fuckin dialog! i coglioni, le palle !!!

  • @job1866

I agree with you, why dont this people upload the ORIGINAL VIDEO, will it hurt?

  • YOU CANT FUCKING KILL A MADE GUY!!!!!

  • pause at 39 seconds, and you will see an X in the rear veiw mirror.. notice they are also listening to the departed soundtrack. in the movie the departed, every time someone dies there is an X hidden on the screen somewhere, and tony kills chris moments after you see the X....david chase is brilliant

  • @jae00jon david chase gets inspiredn alot by martin scorsese. martin scorsese got that from the old 1930s version of scarface, every death there is an x

  • @jae00jon not just in the rear view mirror, right smack bang on his head!

  • haha what kind of name is Kennedy FOR a girl 2:58 maybe you should go back Heidi

  • lol college sorority girls 2:35

  • This systems got no balls

  • I loved the way the Floyd lyrics correspond to how Tony is looking at Christopher..."...the child is grown, the dream is gone." Tony had doubts about him for years but kept giving him chances because he was both a relative and young/impulsive. Tony, while listening to the song, realizes that his dream for Christopher isn't working out and when he sees a chance to remove a bad seed, he takes it. I was glad

  • @bitterballoffrogs

hey, what was the song that was playing in chrissies car before he fliped it ?

  • @rossvinskas

it's "comfortably numb" originally by pink floyd, but here it's persormed by van morrison

  • @looka2 Not really...Mr. Van Morison only sings the choir. So to speak.

  • i think there were a number of reasons why Tony could've done it...but bottom line is Chris has been a thorn in Tony's side, and it's only because he's family that he's been given so many chances....this scene reveals the truth that Tony really is all about business. It wasn't the first time he killed a family member.

  • Playing Devil's advocate I'd assume Tony thought Chris would never would have made it to the hospital. He was already going. You could tell by his coughing up blood. Tony just saved him the misery of holding out until help arrived. Imagine they do all that for nothing? The heart starter thing, the pumping on his chest... for what, to find out he's already dead? How much does that cost?

  • Chris was a drug addict and he also knew some serious secrets about Tony, esp that Tony whacked someone. So, he did him in since Chris wasn't straightening up.

  • @Mysterwright he killed him because tony thought he chris would rat him out..chris was a drugaddict and alcholic and tony didnt like that..so he killed him

  • @ravballer Oh yeah Tony the hypocrite. Tony LOVED cocaine. Guess cause it wasnt Christophers drug of choice that makes Tony superior

  • @jerzeytpke u cant trust drug addicts..last time i checked tony didnt go to a alchol/drugaddicts anonymous.. but chris did.. so you gotta kill the weak...

  • @ravballer Tony went to a psychiatrist. Tony should've killed himself?

  • @zardcat1111 no. he was never a drug addict.

  • @ravballer Going to psychiatrist shows just as much weakness. Notice how he didn't tell anybody? Not having control of your emotions and being confused about the world is enough to make one weak.

  • @zardcat1111 afterwards he stopped going...but he killed chris cuz he couldnt trust a druggy.

  • @Mysterwright I didn't realize that coughing up blood meant that you were sure to die. I'll have to tell that to my friend who coughed up blood after a serious injury and is now fine. Gee that Toni was one considerate guy to think of Christophers comfort like that.

  • @lbq9q89 I thought the same thing. Also Tonys a prick. Hes into cocaine yet he plays Mr Superior when it comes to Chrissys heroin addiction and to think someone posted here about the COST of saving a LIFE??

  • @jerzeytpke ya, you can see that chris is getting on his nerves in the minutes even before the car wreck...

and it really gets me that he plays this loving fahter and likeable guy type between his bouts of psychotic violence. I wonder how many people he's killed or permanently messed up in his little tantrums.

  • @lbq9q89 I feel the same way! I mean like the true story of GoodFellas the guy Henry Hill said "your killers come in the form of your family and your best friends with smiles on thier faces those are the ones you have to watch out for .,the people you've known all your life. My Granfather was killed at 42 by his "best friend"

  • @jerzeytpke In the world of the soprano family at least this seems to be the case

  • @lbq9q89 Are you looking for trouble? Don't do that. If I make a comment, that's it. Its an opinion. If I don't bother you, don't bother me. If I bother you then relax. Its just a TV show.

  • @Mysterwright "Are you looking for trouble?" LOL Internet tough guy huh? I'm so scared..... LOLLLLLLLLLLL hahahahahah LOLLLLLLLLL If you don't like people commenting on your comments, i have one piece of advice for you..... STOP ACTING LIKE SUCH A RETARD. k, nuff said.

  • @lbq9q89 You know, its people like you that tear down things like this website. I feel sorry for you. Really. You come on here to push people's buttons then when they respond your comeback is to quit acting like a... retard? Really? 1.) Retard is a hateful word. 2.) I'm entitled to say what I damn well please, as an American, especially when apparently its only offending you. Why not go smoke some more dope and kill a few skunks while you're at it. I can smell your armpits from here. Punk.

  • @Mysterwright "push people's buttons"? that's a nice piece of projection there fuckwit. You make original comments that are obviously designed to incur peoples annoyance at your stupid and callous theories, and which were very successful at their goal I might add(way to go troll fag), and you have the unmitigated temerity to accuse ME of trying to push peoples' buttons?? Such a hypocrite- go suck a shit fat man. "punk" "smelly armpits"? these are not hateful and immature? HYPOCRITE

  • @lbq9q89 You see? Calling me a fuckwit. What did I do? Not me. Couldn't be. Its self defense for me to reply to what you said. Thanks, nice to know I'm good for something. Wow, fag now there's a non-hateful word, right? Yes I do. Not more of a hypocrite than you obviously. It takes one to see one in others. Immature? Maybe. Explain though in any regard where those might be considered hateful comments. Goosfraba. Sounds like one of us here is a bit angry and sorry to tell ya, it ain't me.

  • @Mysterwright What did you do to deserve being called a fuckwit? Simple. You were, are and always will be....... a fuckwit. I might even feel sorry for you if you weren't such a dickhead that you felt it necessary to inflict your fuckwiettedness on other people by acting like such a shithead. In the future, why don't you go out into the middle of the forest alone when you feel the need to be a fuckwit, at least then you wouldn't be responsible for suchinane childish squabbles on youtube.

  • @lbq9q89 Were and always a fuckwit. If you presumably know me and believe that the case, you got no balls hiding behind an anonymous screen name. I mean if we got a problem we could take this to instant messenger. Yeah, you feel sorry for me why? Something to consider: because I know that fuckwittedness is not even a fucking word! The middle of the forest with whom, sensitive Nazi pricks probably being groomed to cultivate ignorance for another generation? See: suchinane.

  • @Mysterwright I'll gladly lock horns with you on live chat, fisticuffs, swords , pistols at dawn or ANY DAMN THING. Because I know a total dumbfuck loser like you will bring his shittyness to whatever he does, and i will kick your ass equally as well there as here. And the fact that I have already used a bunch of non words in our waste of time exchanges and this is the first one you pick up on further proves it. blogtv.com/people/AlexBynum Go here and meet me sign in as guest. NOW. I wait

  • @lbq9q89 What, you don't show?? What a surprise. Chicken shit.

  • @lbq9q89 That's right FAG you realized that you're fucking with the WRONG DUDE. Cower in shame goof.

  • @lbq9q89 Pfft, you wish you could kick someone's ass. This ain't the first one I picked up on, obviously. Otherwise there'd HAVE BEEN NO EXCHANGES! You think that I have time to actually come here and care what you say? Shit, had I seen this sooner I'd have been there by now. However, since you posted this here and not to me privately means to me that you're just looking to be braggadocious. Go show off for the Laker Girls. You ain't impressing me.

  • Chris was originally hand picked as Tony's successor, as explained in season 4 ..... from his addiction to heroin, several relapses, the way he depicted Tony in Cleaver ...... Tony knew he really could not trust Christopher, and putting him in charge would most likely be the downfall of the New Jersey mafia ...... I would like to see David Chase make a movie like they did with Sex & The City.

  • Thanks for posting. Awesome moment in the Sopranos.

  • YOU ARE WELCOME! THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SCENES, i just need to post it!

  • can anyone explain why tony killed him? i understand chris was coked up, but that wouldn't be enough for the feds to strong arm him to turn informant, i really never got that. at most he wouldve done a few mths for dui. it seemed like tony just wanted to get rid of him since he was the weak link?....

  • Tony relized the baby could have been in there and I think had it with his drug use.

  • must be a family thing. chris' uncle must have not have liked him too much. pretty simple. makes me sad.

  • due to many transgressions committed by chrissy, he had to go. he was supposed to be tony's successor and due to his drug use among other things, tony felt like he couldn't trust him.

  • @poops1 It makes sense if you put it in perspective of all that's gone on with him in the past with his problem. The highlight of which was his previous intervention. For people with the kind of egos that the mafia has to go through a routine like that and making themselves look bad because one of their own was a drug addict., as tony said if he hadn't been his nephew his 'therapy' would have been a bullet through the brain. He swore up and down that he wouldn't mess up again. Tony had it.

  • @lbq9q89

    nice explanation, makes good sense

i wonder how much of it had to do with tony thinking chrissy was bad luck too?...

  • 2:25 - 2:35 damn this scene is the best! music makes it perfect!

  • dis death scene was epic!
