  • lol yea.. if your going for the opposite eat pasta eggs beef "not over cooked beef fyi" stuff like that.. works great for working out and take vitamins.. just keep in mind the more activities you do the more energy your body needs.. or else it will just take from what you allready have.. btw whats with the mask XD good vid anyway ^.^
