Whether people believe this is real or not, there have been other cases around the world of people having small objects implanted under the skin and/or in the flesh. In some cases the properties of the implant - one eg = metal - had formerly unseen properties of metals found on earth. @oscarlennox If you do some reading you'll find that his story is indeed consistent, whether manufactured, imagined or otherwise. What he describes in this video is his first alleged encounter in 1988. The incident you mention was the second, taking place in 1992.
I think Peter enjoyed visiting brothels, particularly ones with asian girls.
I believe the pubic hair was from an Asian prostitute which got stuck in his foreskin & remained there for quite sometime. Which could explain why the hair follicle supposedly appeared colourless. It could also explain why the DNA results of the hair sample suggested it was of mongoloid origin.

@colsh1690 I just saw this guy on Australian TV and they DID give him a lie detector test and he passed 100% Pretty crazy, DNA evidence plus passing a properly monitored polygraph lie detector...
