@ModelKarKid everytime i look at hobby lobby they never have good pickup truck all they got is cars.. do u think Michels would have anything good? rite now im workin on a 1941 chevy pickup. i will wait to lowride a truck when i find a good looking truck!! and thanks again!!!!

@beastkid5 Yeah every once in a while they will get a truck in and I forgot micheals is good to they all have a little bit different inventories. Now you can also find hard to get stuff on Ebay if you have an acount my Uncle ordered a model for me because I dont have an account

im new at this custom model thing how do u notch the frame because im thing of getting a 99 chevy silerado and retro fitting a 72 chevy front grille ont maybe not im still thinking about it any tips u can give me that would be great thanks alot

@badfordf150 ok I used a cut up paper clip to add strenght to the shortened frame and I used the plastic tree the parts came on I cut a straight piece off and heated it (some kind of lighter will work) and bent the U shape. now I glued it on top of the stock frame and added cross bars to add strength. then I cut out the stock frame so only those C bar were holding together chasis Now axle can fit higher up in frame and that mean Lower truk! : )

yeah the silverado is sick, you have a good eye for color, brother. soon i'll for some color advice, when i start my street rods. what color do you recommend for a 68 ponti GTO Judge?

@boxbuyer2008 Thank you! I would suggest orange or white if you build it like it came from the factory. Other colors I would say black would look good
