Especially in small villages, they used to go to markets and exchange their sons for the others villagers' sons, and kill them for food, since Communism hadn't corrupted their hearts to that point, so they couldn't bear eat their own sons.
Now Communism is well spread and in China they'll eat anything that doesn't eat them first.
