uhm, has it ever occured to you guys that it's maybe a test ride after a rebuild? It's not because someone puts his fairing in the garage that he wants his bike to look like an ugle street fighter
my guess is that one day it was crashed, and it costs a fortune to get the panals resprayed etc, so just left it into a streetfighter, thats usually the case anyway.
