freddy of neptune's ran a great dive center- he teaches recreational as well as technical diving. well, if the boat goes back between 2-3 pm that good because there are loads of other things you can do in pattaya like bar-hopping, bungee jumping, jet-skiing, karting, etc. philip

Pattaya is great, I lived there for 2 winters.
I always dive with freddy at Neptune dive center or who ever. The boats are always back by 2 or 3 then you still have all day for what ever.

pattata according to the travel books is not great for diving but this video refutes that notion.
