Christ...I just got to the part with the "piezoelectric transducers". For those that don't know, they are a special type of speaker...The reason they're placed on Jesse's jaw, is because they produce a PHYSICAL vibration of the jaw which travels up and into the inner ear. Goddamn conspiracy nutjobs. Almost all of the people making these outrageous claims have no scientific understanding whatsoever...and only scientifically-inept people are being interviewed. Weather can NOT, let me iterate, CANNOT be controlled by fucking radio waves. Furthermore, the human brain is too complex to be remotely "controlled". The sole purpose of the project is better GPS systems, long-range communications, and to further our knowledge of the ionosphere. People' beliefs baffle me.
