a business parking lot is private property and thats what their on. what i was trying to say is your premium doesnt go up because of other riders it goes up based off of your claim history. property owners insurance would be needed to file claims against any damages other than vehicle damage. without it a claim cannot be made against the vehicle ins. it would require a law suit to recoup the money.
your insurance goes up because of others within your own age group and sex, and their driving habits. but not because of your acts on private property which arent covered under your insurance adn cannot contribute in anyway to your insurance rate.

I think it was the torque on the engine that did it--he was gunning the engine while holding the brake. The torque just took over and the bike flew up.
The guy in the back was burning out and he let go of the brake I guess and the bike shot backward. Boy was the other guy pissed though. He was about to kick some ass.
He was definately doing a burnout. I doubt he just lost the brake right away. What tends to happen is the revs are too high, bike wants to lunge, so he squeezes the brake harder and in doing so rolls on the throttle harder. Opened all the way up, I dont care how much front brake you have, that bike is gonna move you.
