Cracking looking layout - I will be eagerly looking out for updates to this project. How much trouble did you have putting those "Skaledale" terrace houses together? - I did similar on an old n gauge layout and it was nightmare - why o why they didnt do a proper terace of 4 or 6, I don't know!
Hi, Your layout is coming along nicely. I have just moved into a new home with a loft. Will be starting my layout inthe coming months (not modelled since I was about 15, which was 20 years ago!). Your videos have been great help and answered some quiers of mine! You added "banking" to your new curve. How did you do that? Would really like to know, as cant find advice on adding a banking to a curve anywhere, I'll want that on my layout!
Another nice update mate. Good to see everything running well and not giving you problems. Hope you had a good Christmas and the relatives were suitably impressed. Have a happy new year.
ok looking forwards to seeing what santa got you.i got a class 37 in br blue with split headcode boxes which i have wanted for so long.that and some other arrivals will be in my next vid whenever it warms up out there!
nice update richard.the locos seem to be running smoothly over the new junction.
your lucky you can get to work on your layout as i have not touched mine for a few weeks now as its too cold and the rails and motors are cold so the trains wont run.
hopefully i will have an update in jan as i have a few new locos to run.
has santa got you any new locos? well have a merry xmas mate and speak to you in the new year!!!
@bloodmarine77 Thanks mate, I too haven't been able to use the layout until recently, it very very cold. Santa got me a new loco and some rolling stock which will be in the next vid.
I loved the intro it was aweosome and your layout looks good for space for trains to speed along I think you should put a hill with trees and the tunnel portals are they china or plastic ones hope you have a good Christmas
superb mate and your deltic is exellent i have 12 at the min as im 60/70s era, but tell me your ballastings awsome im just about to start mine how do you put yours down ?? do you use a spreader and how do you stick it down ??, this layout is comming on a treat thanks for showing us and merry christmas
Have a good Christmas and I hope you get what you want. Your a bit sparse on trees, so the long back straight scene as woodland or copse type fings is a good idea, it will relax the eye and be a good backdrop for whatever era your running, or may run. Impressed with your weathering techniques which are getting better and better. Keep up the good work. Steve.
I'm hoping to get some "suspiciously rectangular shaped boxes" anyway, and I'm sure everyone else is too. A Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone:)
