@TheZa1994 I did not. PRB snaking is more skilled than hacking. If you search up the world records of Mario Kart DS there are some people better than me.

I found out how to do it on the ds version with a mushroom 3 days ago and i have been working on it and my best lap time has improved 3 seconds.xd

@Flykart jskjs1000's lakitu SC saves a lot of  time but only for beginners. IIRC Cole tried it with BLS years ago and it only slowed him down.

I discovered a new sc that you can skip the cloud island and brings you to the boost pad. It might help you to sub 1:01 or even 1:00. It could save you about 2 or 3 seconds on the last lap! xd

Ok, I'll try with egg1. Actually, during my practice sessions, I had lots of trouble with egg1, especially with the sharp hairpin turn and the left side of the course according to map view. I'll still try egg1 but I think I will fail, lol. :P

By the way, getting 20:300 flap with Dry Bomber was a huge shocker for me! xD

Excellent quality, how did you get your camera to do that?

Well, my camera is a Samsung HZ15W. It has 10x optical zoom and 12.2 mega pixels. From this, I made the room dark, set the camera on a tripod and then made many macro focus tests at different distances to find the perfect spot; really hard to explain. Also I set the camera to 30fps at 1280x720pHQ with the EV shift at 0.3- (or maybe it was 0.7-, I forgot) and the white balance to Cloudy I think. (or maybe it was Auto White Balance, Manual White Balance or Fluorescent_H, I really forgot).

Also, the sound quality was a little off. It was nighttime when I recorded this and I didn't want to make it loud so it was pretty risky to record it. My camera also had dual microphones on the side of the camera. Due to DS sound quality, I plugged the DS into Altec Lansing BX1020 speakers, but I was not very focused on making the sound good, and the speakers were a bit far away for a good sound quality to the camera, my mistake. Anyways, I hope that's enough information to answer your question.

It's still possible to view a TAS on a DS.

Create TAS time, bring SAV file to flashcard, put on "Live Time Trials" AR code, finish live replaying, go down to "REPLAY" and there you have it...

but Flykart wouldn't do that :]
