If you look at the map, you'll see a dragon shape flying around. Follow that to fight a REAL monster...

btw, on ur map, u will see the creature flying around. if u get to the area with the creature it WILL put up a fight.

You can walk in to your house, kitchen, town, multiplayerhall, the farm,in every zone on the maps and every zone has some secret areas for good item gathering or a good sniping spot.

I would say if you like Phantasy Star Port., and/or Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce, this game is going to be good for you. You might find that it can be a little more fluid than PS:P though it is similar in some respects. Look for AdmiredFob, Naijao (Greatsword charge guide), and my page will also have some videos of more gameplay and a tribute vid.

Answering some of the questions he asked...

The potion restores HP.

You use the d-pad to control the camera.

The sword and armor are made out of Gypceros hide.

You can pick the toadstool by pressing O, some of the types of mushrooms you can eat and others not. No tripping.

By the way, I've beaten two monster hunter games and can beat this demo in 4:19.

you know that your supposed to be fighting the main boss monster, the other little guys are there for you to get meat etc or to annoy you

if you look at your map you will see a bird shaped icon thats your target

holding the triangle button will make you charge your great sword and you can string your moves into a combo triangle-circle-triangle-repea­t

also i find that if you keep your index finger over the d pad in a hook shape camera control is easy

I say Freedom 2. Unite is going to be the best thus far when it is released--it's like an expansion on freedom 2. I;m defintely picking it up!
