Minority organizations may possibly be a good source to open dialogue between majority and minorities. Indirect media information about minorities without direct experiences with the peoples can be a detached but 'safe' way, but how accurate is such a viewpoint? Minorities have publications, media, as well to share ideas from the 'horse's mouth'...
