I don't really do the devil-sign either though, at least not to Avantasia. I mean doing it to "Sign of the Cross" or "Seven Angels?" Then it dosen't mean anything anymore, then you just think it's cool because the cool kids do it.

I was born in 1962.

I grew up with Black Sabbath, who made Heavy-Metal popular.

Tobias Sammet says that Avantasia is a Heavy-Metal-Band.

I haven't heard him say heavy metal tbh, I've heard him say that labelling his music dosen't change it, it's rock, it's metal, whatever. And there's not really much similarities between Avantasia and Black Sabbath if you ask me, I still love both bands though.
