  • As far as course difficulty goes: sure it's tough, but what makes it damn near impossible isn't the daunting obstacles lying in the way, but rather the amount of hardcore riders biting at your heels.

As for bike weight, that all depends more on bike size as opposed to whether or not it's a two stroke or four stroke. (I'm a four stroke guy so I prefer my YZ250F woods weapon.)

Finally, touching on the two vs. four stroke debate, both are great and fun as hell... stop arguing and just ride.

  • Hey thats me! I grabbed the most important holeshot of my life here and then broke my clutch perch 30 mins later.

  • at 1:10 that hill looks pretty challenging but fun. when you accomplish challenging things its fun when your done but while you doing it u hate it

  • i went camping where they race, i brought my polaris rzr

  • @TheHaloToday i love how there were only like 3 bikes tht werent ktm's! so obviously theres gonna be more ktm not make it up the hill. and theres so many of them because there BEASTS!

  • @bassassasin1000 If your username has to do with the four-stringed instrument, I'm diggin' it haha.

  • That hills looks like a blast!!! Tricky, but a blast!

  • Notice the only people failing alot are riding KTM's

  • hell yea great video footage!!

  • 5:45 "thats what you get!" lmao that bitch just wont shut tha fuck up will she??

  • 3:32 haha

  • @Strupelpeta Unlucky guy hit that rock coming down. Bad timing, but whatcha gonna do?

  • i just did my first desert race last weekend in southern utah, montacello at bull hollow race way and i took first.

  • If I had to root for anybody... I'd root for Cole!

  • You guys crack me up with this 2 vs 4 stroke stuff. I like 4 strokes, but I can tell you that most of the 4 strokes were out of the race well before the 2 strokers. Bike weight, endurance and skill is what this race has to do with. This race has a lot of next to impossible technical riding. Every pound you can lose on your bike without making it vulnerable to all of the rocks is what counts. You could make it up these hills on a 125 two stroke geared low if you wanted to. Power isn't the issue.

  • @YZtwostrokin maybe you cant ride a four stroke

  • @gohockey125 how?

  • Did this today, it's definitely not as bad as it looks. I about pissed myself when I first saw it but said fuck it and went for it. There are definitely a lot tougher hill climbs at Bulcher besides this one. Hills the camera men and spectators couldn't get to. I could definitely finish this race, but not within an hour of Taddy, he just rides at an insane speed. Oh and 2 strokes kick the shit out of 4 strokes.

  • I was in that race!!!! It was a HELL of a race!!!!

  • this has to be my favorite event of all time love it plus 2 strokers rule. they take so much more skill to ride

  • ...bet you have a 2 stroker.

  • im 14 i ride trials and im gonna race this oneday

  • that was the other guys bike wheelspinning as he tryed to pick it up

  • care to explain...

  • at 6:35 is that guy stupid he wasnt even trying to pick his bike up

  • god that hill was gnarly! gotta love red bull for putting on so many great events.

  • pffft 4 strokes just powerd up that

  • simple 2 strokes r beasts and allways will be the engine of choice 4 any 1 wi balls

  • that hill is 10x gnarlier in person, believe me

  • hes got two wheel drive.. lol that s not possible is it?

  • yeah, christini makes a mod to convert your motorcycle to two wheel drive

  • that hill is fucking massive.

  • oh please ive climbed hills 20 times crazier than that, i could do this one no problem

  • Thanks for posting this enjoyed watching the hill deteriorating. Commentary was right on.

  • two strokes are lighter for the amount of power they output

  • Man i wish i could do that!!!!!!!!!

  • wipout sesh! 5:40

  • this vid is so sikk, i dream this stuff

  • huh i asked my dad and he said thers no freekin way, i have to stay in mran racing for now

  • o ok kuz when i turn 14 or 15 i want to enter

  • OK. Be sure to come back to this and let me know how you did.

  • id love to try that

  • Hey where does this race take place and how much does it cost to evter?

  • I believe you have to be qualified as a Class A rider to even enter the race. Not sure about that though. This was the last known race of this type for Bulcher, TX. The next one is suppose to be in Houston, TX and it's all man-made. I think that sucks, but it will certainly improve for spectators.

Also, just to point out, only three riders finished the day race and only two of the three finished the night race. Only about 10% even pass the 3rd checkpoint of many checkpoints.

  • i was at this race and every bit was kick ass!

  • Really great vid. Thanks for sharing.

  • Danger danger!

  • Excellent work mate!! Thanks for sharing, One for my "favourites" without doubt! Would love to compete in an event like that!

  • The guys in this race are good beyond beleif. These guys are A, double A, Local Pro, and Pro. And just being an A means your fast as hell. So unless your really good IN YOUR DREAMS

  • Hahahahaha...there's always one isn't there! No, I don't claim to be as fast or as skilled as these guy's, or that I would even finish the race, but i do have the "BALLS" and the "BIKE" to have a go! How about you? Probably neither by the look of it! I don't see any vids on your account?

  • ni i'm to young, i'm only 13, but i've been riding since i was 4. So i know what i'm talkin about mosta the time. Sides i'm to lazy to post vids, and i don't have a helmet cam. And with the balls and guts to do that i agree with the go thing. BTW the names jacob nice to meetcha.

  • The linkless shocks on the new KTMs give them an advantage on the tire sections

  • Poland Wins!!! Błażusiak Champion !!!

  • I love the sound of two strokes

The four strokes sound great on this too.

  • yeh its good to see some two strokes winnin races

  • i wish i could have made it there at red river but i was too busy

  • Thank You

  • Where are the zombies?

  • Not bad for a still camera, I thought you used a camcorder. Looked like a very tough race.

  • I was a little surprised myself. I was excited to share it with everyone once I put it all together. I wish I had some zoom control because that sure would have helped, but the zoom is fixed once I start shooting at the high res (1024X768) on the Canon G7.

  • good stuff. The close up shots didn't work too well, too shaky.

  • This was shot with a camera meant to do still shots, so there's no image stabilization. I did the best I could for what I had.

  • Great footage! Thanks!

  • Panie Tadeuszu ale namieszałeś.SUPER SUPER JESZCZE RAZ SUPER.
