@YoLpIsBest No It blew out in 1991 in a recording of "So What". He was able to maintain his awesome vocals he had during the black album tour. Towards the end of 1993 early 1994, you can notice him doing a lot of high notes instead of the low notes. Listen to enter sandman live 1991 compared to live 1994, big difference. Thats when his true vox went out.

Though you are right his voice did die in 2004, he was burnt out from all the touring. Now he can sing better than how he did in 2004.
