I'm making these today! My first time. For Chinese class, actually. We're bringing in either Chinese food or our own culture's food, and since Swedish meatballs are fairly easy in comparison to Chinese dishes, I'm making these. Instead, I'm using spaghetti rather than potatoes. But this is a great video! thanks :)

One tip, you should have showed us how to make the sauce!
