  • The room was a common eating room. They added the doorway for practical--though not aethetic--reasons.

Yes. A number of researchers have commented on this possibility. I agree.

  • why was a door cut.. who would ruin such a good painting.. could there have been more alignments with Jesus feet.

Yes. A number of researchers have commented on this possibility. I agree.

  • Its called perspective. Good video though.

  • @ChadwickMichaelWill Thank you. Perhaps a review of art basics are in order for the viewership

  • @plumstreetmusic Yeah, i think its great that you are explaining these things on youtube. Not many kids pick up books nowadays or pay attention in class. The Internet Age is upon us!!!

  • this is a waist of time I'm one of the best artist in this world and we all do this shit... we all use measuring tapes and strait angles to make things easier to reference from.

  • @MASTERSAIS Given that you are one of the world's best artists, then wouldn't you agree that we can all learn from other great artists of the past centuries?

  • @plumstreetmusic Yes my biggest inspiration from the church books in my church library looking at naked paintings of Michael Angelo's was the closes thing to Play Boy. at the age of 7, Play Boys are not easy to get a hold of. so the next best thing is the church library..

  • When I was making my confirmation I wanted Leonardo after Da Vinci, the priest told me I need to pick a saints name. Which isn't true. This has bothered me for yrs, I'm now 30. I saw your other vid on sacred geometry (a love since 8yrs old) of Mona Lisa and it inspired me to research. Turns out confirmations aren't on record and it's between you and God. So I'm now carrying his name in mine:) All due to your vid:) Thanks John, sincerely Marc Michael Leonardo Hughes:) So happy!:)

  • When I look at stuff like this and just start thinking about how genius people like him and Tesla were...it kinda depresses me.

Anyways, really cool video, thank you for this :)

  • @Qminoo Remember the old saying: Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. Da Vinci was very meticulous and spent two years completing this project. Also, he had some friends to help.

  • @plumstreetmusic True. Just like Tesla slept for 3 hours per day and worked the other 21 since college. Wish I was that determined and persistent.

  • @Qminoo I need my 8 hours of sleep. The more that I learn about Tesla, the more intrigued I become. A friend started out with the Inventions of Nikolai Tesla about fifteen years ago.

  • @plumstreetmusic Yeah, I know how it feels. I've been reading books and facts about him for a year now. I'm not sure how much you know about him but when he was a kid, he had his whole imaginary world with imaginary people in it and he would 'go' there late at nights, travel, meet new people and stuff. He even said once that he loves those people as much as he loves the ones from this world. If he was living in our time they would declare him to be schizophrenic and ruin him...

  • @plumstreetmusic It is not Nikolai!!!!! It is Nikola Tesla, and he was proud Serbian!!!

  • @PsyBrainDamage My apologies for the poor translation of his name.

  • @Qminoo Yup, Da Vinci said that sleeping is waste of time....

  • @PsyBrainDamage To be honest, he said he feels the same way about Serbia and Croatia, that he can't separate them. So he was actually a proud MAN.

  • Érdekes! :)

  • @greenapple963 Good word use!

  • Thank you very much!

  • @jazzcool You are most welcome.

  • Cool line study.

  • @sgfellow Thanks.
